Fluffy Marshmallow Frosting
1 lb unsalted butter (room temperature) 1 lb icing sugar 1 tbsp vanilla 1 containers marshmallow fluff In the large bowl of a mixer cream the butter until soft, add icing sugar and vanilla and whip until smooth. Add marshmallow fluff and continue to mix until the frosting is fluffy (about a minute). This frosting refrigerates well for about a week, and can be frozen. It’s so yummy!!
